Like most everyone, I've made some goals for 2012. What's different this year is that I'm actually writing them down instead of just thinking or saying "Someday, I'd like to offer/do ______________ for my clients."

Yes, I realize that it is a LONG list .
To answer what you are thinking now..."no" I didn't have a cocktail at lunch. :)
On a serious note though...I think that we should always be trying to improve ourselves by recognizing our strengths and weaknesses and setting achievable goals. I also do much better when I have a plan to follow. It gives me a place to go. A vision that I can see. It makes me a better person, wife, mother, daughter, friend and THERAPIST.
I'm excited about all of the new things we have planned and am feeling energized to begin moving forward. So here's to a GREAT 2012. Care to share some of your goals? I'd love to hear some of them.
